Your clients ask about insurance. Introduce someone you trust.
For fiduciaries, relocation and HR teams, property managers and communities whose clients need clear, independent insurance advice. You make the introduction. We take it from there, and keep you informed.

Professionals whose clients are making a life change.
Insurance questions tend to surface at the same moments: a move, a new job, a tax return, a new lease. Pick your field to see where we fit in.
You see the numbers. We fix the insurance behind them.
While preparing a tax return or budget: a pillar 3a that isn’t used, health premiums that look high for the household, a client starting out as self-employed.
Someone to look at their cover as a whole, explain the options in plain words and handle any switch.
- Does a pillar 3a make sense for me, and in which form?
- Am I paying too much for health insurance for my family?
- I’m going self-employed. What cover do I need now?
The question lands on your desk. It isn’t your job.
Your clients trust you, so they ask you. But Swiss insurance has its own rules, deadlines and paperwork, and half an answer can cost them money.
A layered systemBasic, supplementary, three pillars
Compulsory health insurance works differently from supplementary cover, and pensions come in three parts. Most newcomers, and many residents, mix them up.
Fixed deadlinesMiss a date, wait a year
Switching basic health insurance for the new year means the cancellation must reach the insurer by 30 November. New arrivals have three months to take out basic cover.
LanguageForms in German or French
Policies, health questions and cancellation letters are rarely in your client’s first language. We explain and handle them in English, German or French.
From first call to first client.
Five steps, from a first conversation to a yearly check for your clients.
A first conversation, no commitment.
Tell us about your clients and how insurance questions come up. We explain how we work, and you decide whether it feels right.
- A call or a coffee at our Zurich office
- Who your clients are and what they ask
- Whether working together makes sense for both of us
Nothing yet. Your clients aren’t involved at this stage.

Leave your email and phone. We’ll get in touch.
No long form, no client data. We’ll call or write to arrange a first conversation.
Thank you. We’ll be in touch.
We’ll use the email or phone number you gave us to arrange a first conversation.
Good for your clients. Easy for you.
Someone who explains, compares and does the paperwork.
- Independent comparison. Several insurers, compared on what fits their life.
- Plain words, their language. Advice in English, German or French.
- Paperwork handled. Applications, cancellations and deadlines, done with them.
- No pressure. A first conversation is free, and a request is not an application.
A reliable place to send insurance questions.
- Stay in your lane. You introduce; you never have to advise on insurance.
- Stay informed. We let you know how it went, if your client agrees.
- A direct line. One named contact at EVO Partners for you and your team.
- Clear terms, in writing. How we work together, and any remuneration, is agreed up front and disclosed to clients.
A clean handover. No grey zones.
You keep your client relationship. We take responsibility for the insurance advice. Here is exactly where the line sits.

You
- 1Notice the need when a client mentions a move, a new job, a lease or a policy they don’t understand.
- 2Ask for consent before passing on their name and contact details.
- 3Make the introduction by form, email or WhatsApp, whichever is easiest.
- 4Stay their main contact for your own services, as before.

EVO Partners
- 1Contact your client in their language, at a time that suits them.
- 2Analyse and compare their current cover and offers from several insurers.
- 3Advise and document the recommendation, as a FINMA-registered intermediary.
- 4Handle the paperwork: applications, cancellations, deadlines.
- 5Keep you posted, if your client agrees, and check their cover again each year.
Never expected of you
- Giving insurance advice or recommending a product
- Collecting policies, health information or ID documents
- Filling in, signing or sending anything to an insurer
- Following up on our behalf
Your name is on the introduction. We take that seriously.

IndependentSeveral insurers, no house product
We compare offers from several insurers and recommend what fits the client, not what pays us more.
How we’re paid
Data & consentNothing shared without consent
We contact a client only after they’ve agreed, and share updates with you only if they say yes.
Professional obligationsAdvice that’s documented
Every recommendation is recorded, so your client always knows what was advised and why.
Making an introduction, without advising on insurance, is generally not insurance intermediation. Whether that applies to you depends on what exactly you do, so we look at it together and put the arrangement in writing.
If we agree any remuneration, it is set out in writing in advance and disclosed transparently to the clients concerned. We will never ask you to recommend a product.
Your client’s consent, their name and contact details, and the topic they want help with. No policies, health details or documents.
We advise on what your client asked about. If we see a gap elsewhere, we mention it, and they decide whether to look at it. No pressure.
We advise in English, German and French. Our office is in Zurich; conversations can also happen by phone or WhatsApp.
Tell us. You have a direct line to Marc-Antoine, and we would rather hear about a problem early than lose your trust.
Rather talk it through first?
