Client Information pursuant to Art. 45 ISA

Legal Basis

Unaffiliated insurance intermediaries are subject to state supervision based on the Insurance Supervision Act (ISA). The following information is provided in accordance with Art. 45, 45a and 45b ISA.

Identity and Register Entry

EVO Partners GmbH is registered under number F01552602 in the public register of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA. You can consult this register online at: www.finma.ch/en.

Scope of Services and Areas of Activity

EVO Partners GmbH is neither legally nor economically affiliated with any insurance company. It offers services from multiple companies as an independent intermediary and represents the client's interests vis-à-vis insurers and other third parties.

EVO Partners GmbH maintains a relationship of loyalty with the policyholder and acts exclusively in their interest.

Remuneration Disclosure — Art. 45b ISA

For standard industry services, EVO Partners GmbH does not charge fees. It is remunerated through brokerage commissions included in the premiums and paid by the insurance companies.

By acknowledging this information, the policyholder confirms having been expressly informed of the nature and approximate amount of remuneration received by EVO Partners GmbH from insurance companies, in accordance with Art. 45b ISA.

Upon request, EVO Partners GmbH will disclose to the policyholder the actual amounts of remuneration received in connection with their mandate.

Services exceeding the typical activities of a broker (risk analyses, legal advice, etc.) are chargeable and require a prior written agreement with the client.

Liability — Art. 45 para. 1 let. d ISA

EVO Partners GmbH may be held liable in cases of error, negligence or incorrect information provided in the course of its intermediary activities.

Professional liability insurance: coverage with Allianz Suisse Insurance Company Ltd.

Conflicts of Interest — Art. 45a ISA

Adequate organisational measures are in place to prevent conflicts of interest in the intermediation of insurance services. The client will be informed prior to conclusion of the contract in any case where a potential disadvantage cannot be excluded.

Confidentiality and Data Protection — Art. 45 para. 1 let. e ISA

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), in particular Art. 6.

• Data processed: sensitive data (health, salary, etc.) necessary for the execution of mandates.
• Recipients: insurers and authorities, to the extent necessary for preparing offers and processing claims.
• Marketing use: identification and contact data may be used for newsletters or invitations. The policyholder may object at any time.
• Retention: data is retained in accordance with legal obligations (10 years for accounting documents).

Under the FADP, any data subject has the right to access their personal data, request correction of inaccuracies, and object to processing for marketing purposes. These rights may be exercised in writing to the company's registered address.
