Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by EVO Partners GmbH. They cover all insurance advisory services, comparisons, support with premium subsidy applications, application and cancellation processes, and all other intermediary services. These Terms apply to all clients in Switzerland, regardless of the communication channel used.

2. Services

EVO Partners provides in particular the following services:

  • Independent advice on health, supplementary and other insurance
  • Preparation of insurance comparisons
  • Assistance with premium subsidy applications
  • Help with new applications, switches and cancellations
  • Brokerage of insurance contracts
  • General information on insurance products

EVO Partners does not provide legal, tax or financial advice in the legal sense.

3. Independence & Remuneration

EVO Partners is an independent insurance intermediary. Advisory services are free of charge for clients. EVO Partners may receive brokerage fees/commissions from insurance companies for brokered contracts. This remuneration does not influence the advice provided. Clients are not obliged to take out a recommended solution.

4. Client Obligations

Clients undertake to:

  • Provide complete and accurate information
  • Notify EVO Partners immediately of any changes to their personal situation
  • Review documents carefully before signing
  • Observe relevant deadlines

EVO Partners accepts no liability for disadvantages arising from incomplete or incorrect information.

5. Data Protection

EVO Partners handles personal data confidentially and in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP). Further information is contained in the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer

EVO Partners is not liable for:

  • Decisions or contracts concluded by clients
  • Acceptance, rejection or processing of insurance applications by insurers
  • Changes to premiums or insurance conditions
  • Errors or incompleteness in third-party data

Liability exists only in the case of wilful or grossly negligent conduct by EVO Partners.

7. No Guarantee on Offers

All comparisons, premium indications and benefits are based on insurer data at the time of the advisory. The final conclusion of the contract is carried out exclusively by the respective insurance company.

8. Contract Formation

EVO Partners brokers insurance contracts but is not a party to them. The contract is formed exclusively between the client and the insurance company.

9. Termination of the Advisory Relationship

Clients may terminate the advisory relationship at any time and without giving reasons. No costs are incurred for termination. Contract cancellations must be made directly with the insurer.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.

11. Amendments to the Terms of Service

EVO Partners may amend these Terms of Service at any time. The current version published on the website shall prevail.
